Un lugar que siempre selecciono cuando visito Acapulco, a unos pasos de mi playa favorita, tiene todo a la mano y es muy cómodo, recomendable 10 de 10
La alberca que ofrecen está el agua super fría, al igual que en la regadera de las habitaciones no hay agua caliente. Lo malo de las habitaciones es que tienen calentador de paso para el agua y nos dejaron sin gas, no se regula el agua para poder bañarse , es mejor que tuvieran calentadores solares o paneles solares para ofrecer agua calientita para bañarse y para la alberca. La habitación es bonita la que nos tocó y sí tiene su aire acondicionado y ventilador de torre. La señora Lety del servicio muy amable al igual que el señor Juan Carlos...
Excelente servicio todo super limpio y siempre la mejor atención. Solo el primer día la piscina estaba un poco sucia pero los demás días excelente. A unos pasos de la playa y en una ubicación excelente para ver el atardecer.
Todo muy bien, estancia tranquila, alberca limpia casi todos los días, ya solo el último día que estuvimos se les pasó. Todo lo demás limpio, eso sí por lo mismo del clima se hace mucho sarro en los botones de descarga del baño y otros implementos metálicos. De ahí en fuera nos agrado todo como para volver a la próxima

Es buen hotel, solo que la alberca y la zona en general de la alberca muy descuidado y el agua fría, la zona de las regaderas muy descuidada. Para el costo si hay mucho que cuidar, la zona donde se ubica es buenísima, pero a las suites si les falta un poco de mantenimiento y no se diga a la zona de albercas. Les recomiendo la comunicación con el huésped, ya que llegamos y estaba cerrado y no sabíamos que no hay recepción y hay que comunicarse con las personas a cargo, nosotros de primera impresión pensamos que nos habían estafado, ya que tardaron 2 HRS en contestar.
